We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery.

The product must be returned in accordance with our return instructions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part):

Outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
Only the product price will be refunded
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Warranty

If your product is defective, please contact us and we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
